This is a working year, not a spectator one. You'll show up each week, work through real decisions, and finish every quarter with a plan you can act on.
Your Year Inside the Boardroom
Tuesday is pillar training with Lindsey, focused on the quarter's theme and how it applies to your business. Wednesday brings a coach-led class or a monthly guest expert covering a topic the room has asked for. Friday is the hot seat: you bring a real problem, the room works through it with you, and you leave with a clear next step. Tuesday and Wednesday sessions are recorded so you can watch on your own schedule. Friday is the one call worth protecting.
Every member is paired with Amy Halls or Courtney Buhrow, two women who run companies of their own and bring that experience into every session. You meet one-on-one every 6 weeks, with your coach tracking your numbers and your goals between calls. You also have one emergency coaching call available during your year for the moments that can't wait.
Once a quarter, we train your key person too. The delegation problem is never solved by coaching the owner alone, so your most important team member joins a leadership class built specifically for their role.
Within your first 60 days, you receive a Financial Clarity Report, a full analysis of your business finances reviewed live with Lindsey. From that session, your coach builds a five-number KPI dashboard tailored to your business and tracks it with you throughout the year. Every coaching conversation from that point forward starts with your actual numbers, not an estimate or a gut feeling.

The Boardroom Toolkit gives you the operational foundation most business owners spend years building on their own. It includes an SOP template library, a hiring packet, a delegation tracker, a pricing worksheet, and more, all ready to adapt to your business.
Your vetted vendor list connects you to service providers the room has already tested, so you are not starting from scratch when you need help. A searchable expert library gives you a reference point between calls, and a quarterly book keeps the thinking going outside the room.
Every session is recorded and saved in a private community, so nothing you miss is gone. A monthly accountability partner and weekly check-ins keep your goals moving between calls, and a printed workbook and welcome package arrive at your door when you join.

IN-PERSON MEETUPS, TWICE A YEAR
The spring conference is included with every membership. You'll spend the day learning, connecting with the women you have been building alongside all year, and walking away with two things you can use immediately: a set of professional headshots and a filmed pitch video. The conference is hosted in central Iowa, with locations rotating as the room grows.
The fall retreat is an optional add-on for members who want more time out of the business and in the room. It is a deeper, more immersive experience designed for the member who wants to slow down, think bigger, and come back with real clarity about where her business is going. Details on dates, location, and pricing are shared with current members each year.
